§1772.  Responsibility for law enforcement

The Commissioner of Agriculture and Immigration and the state entomologist department shall carry out all provisions of the law relative to pests and diseases affecting agricultural and horticultural plants and plant products and quarantines and embargoes resulting therefrom.
