§653. Code of ethics; applicability
All officers, directors and employees of the civil air patrol who are also elected officials of the state of Louisiana shall be subject to the provisions of the code of ethics for state elected officials contained in R.S. 42:1141 to 1148 with reference to actions taken in their capacities as such officers, directors or employees of the civil air patrol. All other officers, directors and employees of the air patrol shall be subject to the provisions of the code of ethics for state employees contained in R.S. 42:1111 to 1123 to the same extent as any state employees.
