§304.  Limitation on amount of money played and value of prizes

A device may not allow more than two dollars to be placed on a game or award won games or credits in excess of the value of five hundred dollars.  At establishments where live racing is conducted, as defined by R.S. 4:211(5), and pari-mutuel wagering is offered a device may not allow for credits in excess of the value of one thousand dollars.
