§913.  Violation

No person shall perform any action for which a registration certificate or permit is required by this Chapter unless he holds the proper registration certificate or permit.  Each day of business which is conducted without such a valid, unsuspended registration certificate or permit shall constitute a separate violation of this Chapter.
