76.385 County attorney to represent commission -- Additional counsel. The county attorney shall represent the commission, but the commission may employ additional counsel when the amount of its legal work requires this. Effective: June 19, 1952 History: Created 1952 Ky. Acts ch. 69, sec. 18, effective June 19, 1952.
