67.460 Status of commission. Such commission shall be a public corporation and commission and shall be considered as a public agency and instrumentality of the county whose county judge/executive appoints same, in order to finance projects under the provisions hereof. History: Created 1962 Ky. Acts ch. 224, sec. 3.
