67.084 Authorization for ordinance enabling county to qualify for flood insurance. The fiscal court of any county may promulgate, pass and implement ordinances to satisfy state and federal regulations so as to qualify said county for flood insurance subsidized by the United States of America. Effective: June 17, 1978 History: Created 1978 Ky. Acts ch. 14, sec. 1, effective June 17, 1978.
