605.121 Child-care benefits permissible for foster parents. The cabinet may allow foster parents to receive child-care benefits if the foster parents are working outside the home or teleworking inside the home, subject to other eligibility requirements required by federal or state law. Effective: July 15, 2024 History: Created 2024 Ky. Acts ch. 84, sec. 1, effective July 15, 2024. Legislative Research Commission Note (7/15/2024). Although this statute was created by 2024 Ky. Acts ch. 84, sec. 1, as a new section of KRS 199.892 to 199.896, the reviser of statutes determined that the subject matter is more appropriate to KRS Chapter 605.
