56.320 Custody of books and papers. The Secretary of State shall not allow any of the books or papers of the land office to pass into the hands of any unauthorized person or permit anyone but his deputies to have access thereto. Effective: October 1, 1942 History: Recodified 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942, from Ky. Stat. sec. 4007.
