529.020 Prostitution. (1) (2) Except as provided in KRS 529.120, a person is guilty of prostitution when he engages or agrees or offers to engage in sexual conduct with another person in return for a fee. Prostitution is a Class B misdemeanor. Effective: June 25, 2013 History: Amended 2013 Ky. Acts ch. 25, sec. 12, effective June 25, 2013. -- Created 1974 Ky.
