47.012 Pari-mutuel tax revenue to be credited to general fund. All moneys paid to the Department of Revenue under the provisions of KRS 138.510 to 138.550 shall be deposited with the State Treasurer and be credited to the general expenditure fund. Effective: June 20, 2005 History: Amended 2005 Ky. Acts ch. 85, sec. 76, effective June 20, 2005. -- Created 1948 Ky. Acts ch. 35, sec. 6.
