440.120 Reward is payment in full. Anyone claiming a reward for the apprehension of a fugitive from justice shall be paid the amount of the reward as full compensation for all services and expenses in arresting and returning the fugitive. Effective: October 1, 1942 History: Recodified 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942, from Ky. Stat. sec. 1935.
