44.990 Penalties. Any person who violates any of the provisions of KRS 44.045 shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500) for each offense. History: Amended 1968 Ky. Acts ch. 175, sec. 2. -- Recodified 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942, from Ky. Stat. sec. 2739g-76.
