439.341 Probable cause revocation hearings of probation, parole, and postincarceration supervision violators. Probable cause revocation hearings of probation, parole, and postincarceration supervision violators shall be conducted by hearing officers. These hearing officers shall be attorneys, appointed by the board and admitted to practice in Kentucky, who shall perform the aforementioned duties and any others assigned by the board.
