431.080 Conviction of felony does not bar civil remedy. The conviction of a felony shall not stay or merge any civil remedy of the person aggrieved against the felon. Effective: October 1, 1942 History: Recodified 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942, from Ky. Stat. sec. 1127.
