416.010 Institution of condemnation action by railroad. When any company authorized to construct a railroad is unable to contract with the owner of any land or material necessary for its use for the purpose thereof, it shall institute a condemnation action pursuant to the Eminent Domain Act of Kentucky. History: Amended 1976 Ky. Acts ch. 140, sec. 119. -- Recodified 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942, from Ky. Stat. sec. 835.
