407.5901 Uniformity of application and construction. In applying and construing this uniform act, consideration shall be given to the need to promote uniformity of the law with respect to its subject matter among states that enact it. Effective: June 24, 2015 History: Repealed and reenacted 2015 Ky. Acts ch. 18, sec. 70, effective June 24, 2015. -- Contingent effective date repealed 1998 Ky. Acts ch. 101, sec. 20, effective March 23, 1998. -- Created 1996 Ky. Acts ch. 365, sec. 61, effective upon contingency.
