40.170 Forfeiture of right to bonus. Any person convicted of any offense denounced in KRS 40.990 shall forfeit his or her right, if any, to receive any payment authorized by this chapter. Effective: February 20, 1960 History: Created 1960 Ky. Acts ch. 15, sec. 20, effective February 20, 1960.
