381.560 Judgment for lien satisfied if all land taken. Satisfaction of a judgment in favor of an occupant for improvement must be sought by the enforcement of the lien given in KRS 381.550, and if, in the enforcement thereof, all the land recovered by the successful claimant is taken, the judgment shall be deemed to be satisfied.
