381.400 Damages when waste wantonly committed. If, in any action for waste, the jury finds that the waste was wantonly committed, judgment shall be entered for three (3) times the amount of the damages assessed. Effective: October 1, 1942 History: Recodified 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942, from Ky. Stat. sec. 2334.
