371.330 KRS 371.210 to 371.330 do not affect validity of pre-1963 contracts. The provisions of KRS 371.210 to 371.330 shall not invalidate or make unlawful retail installment contracts or retail charge agreements executed prior to January 1, 1963. History: Created 1962 Ky. Acts ch. 136, sec. 7.
