367.621 Applicability of KRS 367.620 to 367.628. In the event of a conflict between KRS 367.620 to 367.628 and any other law, KRS 367.620 to 367.628 shall control. Effective: June 27, 2025 History: Created 2025 Ky. Acts ch. 15, sec. 7, effective June 27, 2025. Legislative Research Commission Note (6/27/2025). 2025 Ky. Acts ch. 15, sec. 10, provides that this statute shall apply to contracts entered on or after June 27, 2025.
