341.715 Authority to end state participation in enhanced benefit program. The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky may end the Commonwealth's participation in any enhanced federal benefit program in a manner consistent with any applicable federal laws at any time during the duration of the program. Effective: January 1, 2023 History: Created 2022 Ky. Acts ch. 21, sec. 10, effective January 1, 2023. Legislative Research Commission Note (1/1/2023). 2022 Ky. Acts ch. 21, sec. 26, provides that the Act, which created this statute, may be cited as the Unemployment Insurance Sustainability Act of 2022.
