341.129 Reports may be combined. Any reports required by KRS 341.127 and 341.350 may be combined by the cabinet and submitted as one (1) to the Governor and the Interim Joint Committee on Economic Development and Workforce Investment. Effective: January 1, 2023 History: Created 2022 Ky. Acts ch. 21, sec. 22, effective January 1, 2023. Legislative Research Commission Note (1/1/2023). 2022 Ky. Acts ch. 21, sec. 26, provides that the Act, which created this statute, may be cited as the Unemployment Insurance Sustainability Act of 2022.
