335.307 Effect of new licensure requirements on existing certified marriage and family therapist. Effective January 1, 1999, all persons authorized to use the title "certified marriage and family therapist" shall be entitled to use the title of "licensed marriage and family therapist" until the date of their second annual license renewal. On that date, the licensee shall be required to meet the conditions set forth in KRS 335.340(2). First-time licensure of a person formerly certified shall be processed as a license renewal under KRS 335.340. Effective: January 1, 1999 History: Created 1998 Ky.
