324B.010 Definitions for chapter. As used in this chapter: (1) "Authority" means the Kentucky Real Estate Authority; (2) "Cabinet" means the Public Protection Cabinet; (3) "Commissioner" means the commissioner of the Department of Professional Licensing; (4) "Department" means the Department of Professional Licensing; (5) "Division" means the Division of Real Property Boards; and (6) "Executive director" means the executive director of the Kentucky Real Estate Authority. Effective: July 15, 2024 History: Amended 2024 Ky. Acts ch. 182, sec. 19, effective July 15, 2024. -- Created 2017 Ky. Acts ch. 178, sec. 1, effective April 11, 2017. Legislative Research Commission Note (7/15/2024). Under the authority of KRS 7.136, the reviser of statutes has changed the internal numbering of this statute to place the definitions in alphabetical order. The words in the statute were not changed.
