323.180 Election of officers. The board, at the first meeting of each fiscal year, shall elect a president, secretary and treasurer. The offices of secretary and treasurer may be held by the same person. Effective: June 16, 1960 History: Amended 1960 Ky. Acts ch. 218, sec. 16, effective June 16, 1960. -Recodified 1942 Ky.
