314.406 Criminal background investigation of applicants -- Fingerprint check by Kentucky State Police and Federal Bureau of Investigation. The board may require a criminal background investigation of an applicant for a license as a licensed certified professional midwife by means of a fingerprint check by the Department of Kentucky State Police and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
