312.045 Suspending member of board. The Governor may suspend any member of the board for misfeasance, malfeasance, gross inefficiency or misconduct, or upon any of the constitutional grounds upon which officers may be suspended by the Governor of this state. Effective: June 14, 1962 History: Created 1962 Ky. Acts ch. 179, sec. 4, effective June 14, 1962.
