311.1963 Family of donor not financially liable for cost of evaluation of donor organ suitability or retrieval of organ. The family of any individual whose organ is donated for transplantation shall not be financially liable for any cost related to the evaluation of donor organ suitability and any cost of retrieval of the organ. Effective: July 15, 2010 History: Repealed, reenacted, and renumbered 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 161, sec. 27, effective July 15, 2010. -- Created 1986 Ky. Acts ch. 19, sec. 2, effective July 15, 1986.
