310.080 Licensure and certification until July 15, 1995, of applicants certified under prior law. For a period of one (1) year from July 15, 1994, the board shall issue a license to an applicant who is currently certified as a dietitian and a certificate to an applicant who is currently certified as a nutritionist. Effective: July 15, 1994 History: Created 1994 Ky. Acts ch. 319, sec. 10, effective July 15, 1994.
