281A.270 Adoption of requirements in 49 C.F.R. pt. 383. The Transportation Cabinet may adopt those federally mandated requirements set forth in 49 C.F.R. pt. 383, notwithstanding the fact that the provisions may conflict with other provisions of this chapter.
