280.260 Ferry service to be prompt. No owner or keeper of a ferry shall, in person or by agents, without a reasonable excuse, fail to give immediate ferry service to each person applying for it, except that there may be a reasonable delay between trips. Effective: October 1, 1942 History: Recodified 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942, from Ky. Stat. sec. 1815.
