27A.010 Executive head of Court of Justice. In accordance with Section 110(5)(b) of the Constitution of Kentucky, the Chief Justice of the Commonwealth shall be the executive head of the Court of Justice and shall appoint such administrative assistants as he deems necessary. History: Created 1976 Ky. Acts ch. 61, sec. 1.
