279.580 Construction standards -- Safety. Construction of telephone lines and facilities by a cooperative shall, as a minimum requirement, comply with the standards of the National Electrical Safety Code in effect at the time of such construction. Effective: March 25, 1950 History: Created 1950 Ky. Acts ch. 147, sec. 28, effective March 25, 1950.
