273.182 Registered office and registered agent. Each corporation shall continuously maintain in this state a registered office and a registered agent that comply with KRS 14A.4-010. Effective: January 1, 2011 History: Repealed, reenacted, and amended 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 151, sec. 61, effective January 1, 2011. -- Amended 1998 Ky.
