261.220 Employment of inspectors and other personnel. The Commissioner, with the specific approval of the board, shall employ such inspectors and other employees as are necessary for the enforcement of this chapter. Their duties shall be prescribed by the Commissioner and their compensation shall be determined under the provisions of KRS 64.640. Effective: June 17, 1954 History: Created 1954 Ky.
