247.260 No recording fee -- No salary for officers. (1) (2) The articles of incorporation of a farm bureau shall be recorded by the county clerk without a fee of any kind. No salary shall be paid to the president, vice president or any director. Effective: October 1, 1942 History: Recodified 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942, from Ky. Stat. sec. 42d-6, 42d-7.
