243.0811 Persons delivering alcoholic beverages or cannabis-infused beverages by the package on behalf of licensee -- Requirements. (1) (2) (3) Any person delivering alcoholic beverages or cannabis-infused beverages by the package at retail on behalf of a licensee shall not sell to: (a) A minor under twenty-one (21) years of age; or (b) An intoxicated person. Any person delivering alcoholic beverages or cannabis-infused beverages on behalf of a retail package licensee or cannabis-infused beverage retail licensee to an individual consumer shall verify that the recipient is at least twenty-one (21) years of age by requiring the production of a valid identification document as defined in KRS 241.010. Any person delivering alcoholic beverages or cannabis-infused beverages by the package at retail on behalf of a licensee shall possess a physical or electronic version of the license issued by the department.
