230.371 Production of reports and surrender of money -- Penalty. The corporation may require the production of reports or the surrender of sums represented by unclaimed pari-mutuel tickets as provided in KRS 230.361 to 230.373 by civil equity action, including, but not limited to, an action in the nature of a bill of discovery, in which case the defendant shall pay a penalty equal to ten percent (10%) of all amounts that the defendant is ultimately required to surrender. The corporation shall follow the procedures provided by the Rules of Civil Procedure. Effective: July 1, 2024 History: Amended 2024 Ky.
