21A.020 Election of justices, when held. Elections for Justices of the Supreme Court shall be held at the regular elections, and every eight (8) years thereafter, as follows: (1) In the fifth district, in 1976; (2) In the third district, in 1978; (3) In the seventh district, in 1980; and (4) In the first, second, fourth and sixth districts, in 1982.
