217.913 Exemption of drugs compounded in a pharmacy. The provisions of KRS 217.907 to 217.917 shall not apply to drug products compounded by a pharmacist licensed pursuant to KRS Chapter 315, in a pharmacy operating under a permit as required by KRS 315.035.
