216A.030 Supervision and license required. (1) (2) No licensed long-term care facility shall operate except under the supervision of a long-term care administrator, unless approved by the board through administrative regulation, and no person shall be a long-term care administrator unless he or she is the holder of a long-term care administrator's license issued pursuant to this chapter. This section shall not apply to assisted living communities licensed under KRS 194A.700 to 194A.729. Effective: July 14, 2022 History: Amended 2022 Ky.
