202B.019 County attorney's duties. In all proceedings under this chapter, it shall be the duty of the county attorney to assist the petitioner and represent the interest of the Commonwealth and to assist the court in its inquiry by the presentation of evidence. Effective: July 13, 1990 History: Created 1990 Ky. Acts ch. 147, sec. 3, effective July 13, 1990.
