201.010 Definitions. As used in this chapter unless the context otherwise requires: (1) "Home" means the institution to be established and maintained in any county having a city of the first class, in conformity with the provisions of this chapter. (2) "Board" means the body created by KRS 201.020. Effective: June 18, 1964 History: Amended 1964 Ky. Acts ch. 173, sec. 1, effective June 18, 1964. -- Recodified 1942 Ky.
