2.097 State botanical garden. The University of Kentucky-Fayette County Arboretum shall be designated as the official state botanical garden of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Effective: July 14, 2000 History: Created 2000 Ky. Acts ch. 143, sec. 1, effective July 14, 2000.
