18A.204 Waiver of educational requirement in Highway Equipment Operator series for employees hired before July 1, 1999. The requirement of a high school diploma or a High School Equivalency Diploma in the Highway Equipment Operator series shall not apply to employees hired prior to July 1, 1999. Effective:June 29, 2017 History: Amended 2017 Ky. Acts ch. 63, sec. 7, effective June 29, 2017. -- Created 2000 Ky. Acts ch. 501, sec. 4, effective July 14, 2000.
