186.773 Application of KRS Chapter 281 to fully autonomous vehicle that is a motor carrier. A fully autonomous vehicle that meets the definition of a motor carrier under KRS 281.010 shall also be subject to KRS Chapter 281. Effective: July 15, 2024 History: Created 2024 Ky.
