186.769 Title and registration requirements. A fully autonomous vehicle shall be properly titled and registered in accordance with KRS Chapters 186 and 186A. If a fully autonomous vehicle is titled and registered in this state, the vehicle shall be identified on the title and registration as a fully autonomous vehicle. Effective: July 15, 2024 History: Created 2024 Ky. Acts ch. 176, sec. 4, effective July 15, 2024.
