173.760 Records open for state audit. Every district established under KRS 173.710 to 173.800 shall at all reasonable times keep open for the inspection of the Auditor of Public Accounts all of its records and books of accounts. History: Created 1964 Ky. Acts ch. 92, sec. 11.
